Shay is one of the UK’s finest hidden talents an accomplished singer song writer who arranges his own vocals and now expanding into the production side of music. Being exposed to so many different genres of music nurtured shays eclectic taste, this ultimately helped in forming his own voice bringing back those emotions that we used to feel, stimulating not just what we hear but also touching us in places we forget we had.

Although there have been points in his life where you possibly would have never imagined or even recognized that his passion for music existed a close friend reminded him of where his heart truly lay and once again Shay found his voice. Shay would sing whenever wherever and for anyone who would listen and it was around this time that shay was introduced to a musical angel that would changed his life. Tonks Richard, a well respected manager within the music business and dear friend, under his guidance Shay became part of a 5 piece vocal group called ‘Syndicate’. Whilst Shay was part of the group he gained valuable experience and performed all over the UK. Shays writing and vocal ability grew significantly and he was fortunate to also gain realistic insight in to the music business. Shays potential, hunger and thirst for success grew in these 3 years more than at any other point in his life. However true to form all good things come to an end and the group folded due to creative differences. This was a crossroads for Shay as he wasn’t convinced that he had the confidence to continue his musical journey alone, thankfully Shays heart overruled his mind and Shay started working on his song writing and vocals in preparation for his first solo project. During this period Shay co- wrote and featured on the track ‘Take Some Time’ with both close friend and former group mate from Syndicate EC, through this project Shay met the producer all over his solo project, entitled, “not yet begun”. Shay’s first single came late into project written by himself and co written by EC and produced by Soundbwoy is assured to be his first hit.

Shay has a heart and spirit as beautiful as his music and this is definitely evident in his introductory album. ‘Not Yet Begun’ infused with pop melodies and laid across rich and soulful production and sprinkled on top are his mesmerizing vocals. Shay is a focused artist determined to have his presence felt showing his versatile as a song writer and an artist not wanting to fit into a mold.
